Welcome to Cozy Refresh Decor. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the engagement of our home renovation services. By accessing this website or hiring our contractors, you agree to comply with these terms.
Cozy Refresh Decor offers a wide array of home improvement services, including but not limited to interior design, exterior remodeling, roofing, solar panel installation, and security system integration. All services are subject to a preliminary site assessment and the signing of a formal service contract.
All initial quotes and estimates provided by our team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be subject to change if structural anomalies are discovered during the demolition phase or if the client requests changes to the original scope of work (Change Orders).
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your project on our schedule. Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones as outlined in your contract. The final balance is due upon completion of the project and final client walkthrough.
We provide a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all structural renovations. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, appliances, and solar equipment. Cozy Refresh Decor is fully insured; however, we are not liable for pre-existing structural defects not identified during the initial inspection.
While we handle the acquisition of necessary building permits in Weston and surrounding Connecticut towns, the client is responsible for ensuring that their property lines and HOA (if applicable) allow for the proposed exterior modifications.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the contract. In the event of client-initiated termination, the client is responsible for paying for all labor and materials utilized up to the date of termination.
